The school is a single site district.  The district office is located across the way from the school, just a few steps. The District office houses the Superintendent, Doug Conboy and the Resource Director of Learning and Behavior, Shele Kinkead.
 

The Kashunamiut School District Business Office is also located in the same building.  Executive Assistant/Personnel Director, Lillian Olson; General Manager, Samson Matchian and Business Manager, Antonia Moses work out of the district office.

In 2006-2007 KCUK-Chevak's local radio station moved into a new studio on the south end of the district office.  Students from the school attend a radio class in this studio every day.
